Support Work
structured weekly support for neurodivergent brains
Does this sound familiar?
You struggle to estimate how long things will take and overfill your weeks
You have multiple projects or interests running at once and feel scattered
You lose momentum once the novelty of something wears off
Planning feels overwhelming — or pointless because plans rarely survive contact with real life
You’re often exhausted from holding everything in your head
Rest and recovery technically matter, but never quite make it into the calendar
You suspect you might be neurodivergent (ADHD, autistic, or otherwise) — or you just feel permanently frazzled
These aren’t personal failings. They’re common executive function challenges — especially for neurodivergent people and those managing fluctuating energy or health.
It doesn’t have to feel this hard.
You can have a week that feels clear rather than chaotic.
A plan that adapts when your energy changes.
And a system that supports you without becoming another thing to maintain.
How I can help:
One-to-one, practical support focused on task prioritisation, calendar management, and realistic weekly planning — designed for neurodivergent people and anyone overwhelmed by competing demands.
This support helps you:
Translate a long mental to-do list into clear, doable priorities
Break projects into manageable steps that actually get scheduled
Build a calendar that reflects real capacity, not ideal capacity
Reduce overwhelm by getting things out of your head and into a system
Maintain consistency even when motivation dips
Create space for rest, recovery, and non-productive time without guilt
Adjust plans when life or health changes — without everything falling apart
Hi, I’m Joeli!
I offer structured support for people who struggle with planning, prioritisation, and follow-through — particularly neurodivergent people and those with fluctuating energy or health.
My work focuses on executive function support: helping you organise tasks, manage time, and build systems that are realistic, flexible, and low-maintenance.
I don’t use rigid routines or one-size-fits-all productivity frameworks. Everything we build is tailored to you — your responsibilities, your capacity, and how your brain works.
This work is practical, collaborative, and grounded in real life.
How it works:
Initial Support Call — £75
(All clients start here)
A 60–90 minute online session where we:
Map out your current commitments, projects, and responsibilities
Identify what’s creating overwhelm or friction
Clarify priorities and constraints
Design the foundations of a task and calendar system that fits your life
This might involve:
A digital setup (e.g. Notion or calendar tools)
A paper-based approach
Or a simple hybrid system
Ongoing Support Options
Weekly or Fortnightly Sessions — £50 per session
Best if you want regular, hands-on support.
In these sessions we:
Review tasks and projects
Assign work realistically across the coming week(s)
Adjust plans based on energy, health, or changing circumstances
Maintain momentum without pressure or shame
Monthly Review Sessions — £75
Best if you want lighter, big-picture support.
In these sessions we:
Review what’s working and what isn’t
Re-prioritise commitments
Plan the coming month realistically
Make adjustments to your system as needed
Some clients choose weekly support, some monthly, and some combine both. There’s no minimum commitment needed to get started.
